The availability form is self-explanatory.

The F:Y/N area is for internal use to mark whether you have paid your fees to Mr. Stubbs.  If this has not been cleared, you will not be assigned games.

The four contact number entries have a separated small line for ranking the order we should try when contacting you, the “reachability” factors.  If the prominent number or where we would most likely find you is at the beeper number, enter the number on that line and “1” in the line after the number.

Enter the e-mail address clearly.  Remember these have to be exact or they do not work.

Enter your position preferences. If you only have one option, you may be limiting your chances of being scheduled.

Consult a calendar before filling out the availability section.  Make sure birthdays, anniversaries and other critical days from January through May are accounted for. Please consider each Saturday listed by either CIRCLING the date if you are available, or CROSSING it out if you are not. This way we will know you looked at each Saturday and there are no surprises.

Notice that January includes  Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday to account for the “Championship Weekend” Coverage. All days are double headers with 2:00 and 7:00 pm games. Make sure you circle times available for each day.

To the best of our ability, we will rotate our officials to offer the most seasoned coverage to the teams we service and it is our goal to ensure all officials have their share of games.  Your availability, or lack thereof, your experience and our assessment of your officiating, and the positions you are willing to work, are the main keys to your working games regularly.

Emergencies and changes do happen.  Let us know as soon as you find out there are changes in your availability.
